This service allows clients to ask multiple, less in-depth questions on an as needed basis. These questions can usually be answered with a quick phone call or email, and generally require less than 20 minutes.

Client can call or email questions. Under most circumstances questions can be answered either the same business day or the following business day. Time used is counted on a cumulative basis based on actual time spent. Fee is for one calendar year from date of payment or time used, whichever comes first.

Packages range from $675 – $1000 and consist of 3-5 hour usages.
