FAQ’s
Q: When are payments due?
A: Payments are due at time of service and can be made with check or cash.
Q: Where do you meet with clients?
A: Most meetings are in person at my office.
Q: Do you do virtual meetings?
A: Yes, although, some topics may be easier to resolve in person.
Q: Can you travel to my location?
A: Yes. Travel time will be billed on a round trip basis, from my office, at a rate of $250 per hour. For example, a trip requiring a 15-minute drive one-way will be billed for 30 minutes of total time ($125).
Q: What if I need more than 2.5 hours of time?
A: If, after the initial phone conversation, it is determined your topics will require more than 2.5 hours of time we can schedule a longer meeting. Additional time rates are explained in Services Section 1.
Q: What if I don’t need the full 2.5 hours of time? Can I roll over the extra time?
A: Financial sessions are reserved for 2.5 hours of time and have a minimum session charge. Most clients find they use all their time due to the in-depth nature of our meetings; however, on the rare occasion time does remain, any unused time does not roll over.
